- Remove DataTransferPublisher option. Publishing advertisements via data-transfer/graphsync is no longer supported.

Closing as Boost not longer supports lip2p only publisher. It would be nice if you can review the latest main to ensure that no trace of Graphsync are left and everything is libp2p-http |
